Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Senior .NET Developer within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive web applications using React and .NET frameworks
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in React and C#
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user interfaces
• Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce security and performance standards
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and provide technical guidance on project feasibility
• Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests
• Debug, troubleshoot, and refactor existing code while maintaining detailed documentation
• Deploy applications to production environments and monitor performance
• Research industry trends and continuously improve existing applications
• Propose innovative technical solutions to business challenges
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless system integration
• Implement secure data exchange protocols and integrate with third-party services
• Manage code repositories using Git and support application deployment processes
• Provide ongoing production support and monitor application health
• Create technical documentation throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Mentor junior developers and provide hands-on technical guidance
• Lead knowledge sharing sessions and support new team member onboarding
• Serve as technical subject matter expert and provide escalation support
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the IT industry
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with React, CSS, HTML, and modern front-end technologies
• 7+ years developing user interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind)
• Proven ability to write clean JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS in collaboration with design teams
• Deep understanding of React framework architecture and core principles
• 7+ years of proven experience building solutions with .NET framework
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and enterprise design patterns
• Expertise in developing RESTful web APIs using ASP.NET
• Advanced proficiency in C# with demonstrated application of SOLID principles
• Hands-on experience with Object-Relational Mapping tools (Entity Framework, Dapper)
• Practical experience with Docker containerization and Docker Compose in .NET environments
• Understanding of API architectures (REST, RPC), microservices, and Service-Oriented Architecture
• Experience building interactive web applications and single-page applications with React
• Knowledge of cloud and on-premise hosting, deployment, and DevOps practices
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal/written communication skills
• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps, version control, and release management processes
• Experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, and other AI-powered coding assistants
• Proven ability to integrate AI tools into development workflow to improve code quality and accelerate delivery

The wage range for this role reflects the wide array of factors considered in compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the unique facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual range is $110,000 - $175,000.

This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. It is classified as exempt under applicable law. Additionally, this position aligns with the Voyatek Career Framework as a level 04 individual contributorin a Software Development position.
