Senior .NET Lead Developer (Tech Lead) Core
Location: Windsor, CT
Rate: DOE (W2 Only)
Onsite Requirement: Day One Onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on implementation and development while following best practices.
- Provide suggestions to enhance previous implementations without requiring a complete overhaul.
- Lead and mentor a team of core .NET developers.
- Work extensively with .NET Core technology.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in .NET Core development.
- Proven experience in technical leadership and team management.
- Ability to assess existing implementations and suggest incremental improvements.
- Hands-on coding skills with a focus on best practices.
