Senior .NET Lead Developer (Tech Lead) Core

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on implementation and development while following best practices.
- Provide suggestions to enhance previous implementations without requiring a complete overhaul.
- Lead and mentor a team of core .NET developers.
- Work extensively with .NET Core technology.
