Seeking an experienced Senior .NET Software Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications
supporting large-scale education initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, Blazor, relational databases, and modern software engineering practices while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Candidates must have prior experience supporting Education Agency (EA) applications on any State Education Agency, along with recent hands-on experience developing applications using Blazor Server and Blazor WebAssembly (WASM).
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
Lead software development initiatives from concept through production deployment.
Build custom enterprise business applications from the ground up.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using C# and .NET Core.
Design and develop modern web applications using Blazor Server and Blazor WebAssembly.
Develop ETL processes and centralized data solutions for enterprise reporting.
Work with SQL Server and Oracle databases for application development and optimization.
Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, security, and best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Utilize GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker.
Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
Develop and execute unit tests to ensure application quality.
Produce technical documentation and support production deployments.
Mentor developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and REST APIs.
Minimum 3 years of recent experience with Blazor Server and Blazor WebAssembly (WASM).
Experience working throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience developing enterprise applications from design through deployment.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and traditional SDLC methodologies.
Proficiency with SQL Server, Oracle, and ETL development.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Bitbucket.
Experience writing and executing unit tests.
Experience leveraging AI tools such as GitHub Copilot throughout the software development lifecycle.
Experience developing and deploying containerized applications using Docker.
Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
Ability to estimate development effort and deliver projects on schedule.
Previous experience supporting Education Agency (EA) applications.
Experience leading enterprise application modernization initiatives.
Experience mentoring development teams.
Experience building enterprise reporting and ETL solutions.
