Role Overview
This role focuses on .NET development in support of a merger initiative. The position involves enhancing and integrating a desktop-based telephony application. The work entails adapting a proprietary, agent-facing application to operate within the infrastructure of the acquiring organization. This platform serves as a middle layer between call center systems and the agent interface.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a desktop-based telephony application using .NET technologies.
Enhance application functionality, including call recording, audio and video processing, and transcription
Work with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) to build and adapt the user interface.
Implement and support automated summaries, biller connectivity, and AI-driven capabilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the application.
