Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Network Architect for a Contract with a client in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate is responsible for leading network modernization initiatives, ensuring compliance with federal security standards, and developing scalable, secure, and future-ready network solutions.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Network Architect Job Responsibilities include:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop infrastructure to ensure secure and reliable application delivery.

• Build and support Citrix environments on VMware platforms, including capacity planning, performance tuning, and system enhancements.

• Configure and manage Citrix NetScaler/Access Gateway solutions to provide secure remote access and VPN connectivity.

• Monitor server, network, storage, and application performance, proactively identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Citrix, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network-related incidents.

• Create technical documentation, deliver knowledge transfer sessions, and collaborate with business stakeholders to implement infrastructure improvements and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in Network Architecture, Network Engineering, and Security.

• Strong expertise in designing secure enterprise network architectures aligned with FISMA, NIST 800-53, Zero Trust, FedRAMP, and IPv6 requirements.

• Experience leading network modernization initiatives, security oversight, compliance efforts, and large-scale infrastructure deployments.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
