We are seeking a Senior Network Cloud Engineer to support enterprise networking, hybrid cloud connectivity, and infrastructure modernization initiatives across a large-scale environment.

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex networking challenges, improving reliability and performance, and supporting secure connectivity across both on-premises and cloud-based environments. The successful candidate will work closely with infrastructure, security, cloud, and operations teams to ensure stable, scalable, and secure network services.

What You'll Do:
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
  • Support day-to-day network operations, incident management, change implementation, and performance monitoring.
  • Assist with network architecture improvements focused on scalability, resiliency, and security.
  • Monitor network health and proactively identify performance issues, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configuration standards, and operational procedures.
  • Support connectivity between on-premises environments and public cloud platforms.
  • Assist with cloud networking, routing, VPN connectivity, and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and operations teams on enterprise connectivity initiatives.
  • Participate in troubleshooting efforts related to network availability, performance, and security incidents.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Extensive experience supporting enterprise network environments.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and hybrid networking.
  • Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, NTP, STP, LACP, OSPF, BGP, ACLs, and VPN technologies.
  • Experience with network monitoring, packet analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Exposure to cloud networking concepts including virtual networks, routing, security controls, and site-to-site connectivity.
  • Experience supporting incident management, change control, documentation, and operational governance processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in structured IT service management environments.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Advanced networking certifications.
  • Public cloud networking certifications.
  • Experience with SD-WAN technologies.
  • Experience with network automation, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Exposure to security-focused networking practices and enterprise governance standards.
