Description

SUVI Global Services is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to support IT across all DoD OIG networks. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the design, implementation, and management of complex enterprise network infrastructures supporting over 2,000 users across multiple geographic locations.

  • Configuring and maintaining LAN/WAN environments, VPN services, and hybrid network architectures that integrate on-premises and cloud-based systems.

  • Proactive capacity planning, performance monitoring, and ensuring high availability and security of network services in compliance with DoD OIG policies and federal cybersecurity standards.

  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for high-impact network incidents, manages site-to-site and remote access VPNs, and support the integration of voice and video over IP (VVOIP) systems.

  • Contribute to network modernization initiatives, including the adoption of cloud networking technologies and the implementation of secure, scalable solutions.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support change management, disaster recovery planning, and continuous improvement of network operations.

Qualifications

  • Active Secret security clearance.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

  • 10 years of IT experience with at least 7 years of experience with enterprise network design, implementation and management.

  • 5 years of experience managing complex WAN/LAN environments supporting 1,000+ users across multiple geographic locations.

  • 5 years of experience with VPN services to include provisioning, monitoring and the management of site-to-site VPN connectivity and remote user access solutions.

  • 3 years of experience with hybrid network environments integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud network services, and experience with network capacity.

  • Advanced certifications and expertise in routing, switching and secure network design.
