We are looking for a hands-on Senior Network Engineer to support and improve an enterprise network and communications environment. This person will be responsible for network infrastructure, security, troubleshooting, and technical projects while serving as a senior resource to the broader IT team.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Network Engineer to support and improve an enterprise network and communications environment. This person will be responsible for network infrastructure, security, troubleshooting, and technical projects while serving as a senior resource to the broader IT team.
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance wired, wireless, and multi-site network infrastructure
- Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, connectivity, and network security
- Monitor network health and resolve performance or availability issues
- Support secure access and authentication technologies
- Maintain network diagrams, configurations, and technical documentation
- Assist with enterprise voice and contact center technologies
- Lead network-related projects from planning through implementation
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members
- 6+ years of hands-on enterprise networking experience
- Strong background supporting LAN/WAN, wireless, firewalls, and network security
- Experience with Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, and/or SonicWall
- Knowledge of network authentication and access controls
- Ability to troubleshoot certificates, encryption, connectivity, and secure file transfers
- Experience supporting voice or contact center environments
- Experience owning infrastructure projects and providing technical leadership
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
