Senior Network Engineer (Sr. Manager, Infrastructure Operations)
Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 + bonus potential

Imprimis Group has partnered with a highly respected global organization to identify a Senior Network Engineer / Sr. Manager, Infrastructure Operations for a newly available leadership opportunity. This is an excellent fit for a senior-level infrastructure professional who thrives in a highly technical, hands-on environment while also providing operational leadership and mentorship to a distributed engineering team. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to make a long-term impact within a complex global enterprise environment.
This role will serve as the lead engineer for global network infrastructure initiatives, driving operational excellence, modernization efforts, security, and performance across a multi-site enterprise environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead design, implementation, optimization, and support of enterprise network infrastructure across a global environment
  • Drive network architecture initiatives, technology standardization, and modernization strategies
  • Design and support secure connectivity solutions including SD-WAN, VPN, hybrid cloud networking, and site-to-site connectivity
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex network incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
  • Manage and optimize firewalls, switching, routing, wireless infrastructure, and enterprise access control platforms
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to a small offshore network engineering team
  • Partner cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams on enterprise initiatives
  • Create and maintain network documentation, standards, diagrams, and operational procedures
  • Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master's degree and various certifications desired
  • 8+ years of progressive enterprise network engineering experience
  • Proven experience as a senior or lead engineer within a global enterprise environment
  • Deep hands-on expertise with:
    • Cisco networking technologies
    • Cisco ISE (or comparable NAC platforms)
    • Meraki infrastructure
    • Fortinet firewalls
    • Arista switching and wireless solutions

Strong technical knowledge of:
  • BGP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS
  • TACACS, RADIUS
  • VPN technologies and SD-WAN
  • Enterprise wireless design and troubleshooting
  • Packet capture and traffic analysis tools
  • Microsoft Azure networking and hybrid cloud connectivity

Preferred Experience
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Terraform, Python, Ansible, or other automation tools
  • Experience in highly regulated enterprise environments
  • Experience leading distributed/offshore technical teams
  • Strong operational leadership with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
