IDR is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity. This role involves leading the implementation, support, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure, with a focus on LAN/WAN environments, in a dynamic and technology-driven organization.

Position Overview for the Senior Network Engineer:

  • Lead the implementation, support, and ongoing optimization of enterprise LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
  • Provide hands-on administration of Cisco ISE, Cisco SD-WAN, and Palo Alto/Prisma Access environments.
  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and support day-to-day network operations.
  • Design, test, configure, document, and improve network services and infrastructure proactively.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable network solutions and support network integration activities related to mergers & acquisitions.
  • Mentor other network engineers and serve as a technical resource within the team.

Requirements for the Senior Network Engineer:

  • 5–10 years of enterprise network engineering experience.
  • Strong experience with Cisco ISE, Cisco SD-WAN, and Palo Alto firewalls/Prisma Access.
  • Advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure, routing, switching, and network operations.
  • Experience with testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and performance optimization.
  • Strong communication, project execution, and collaboration skills.
