This role is for a Sr. Network Engineer supporting cloud and data center networking in a global organization.
Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining networking infrastructure across private and public cloud environments, primarily Azure, using automation and infrastructure as code.
The engineer will manage routing, firewalls, WAN, DCI, SD-WAN, and security policies, troubleshoot issues, and participate in projects like cabling, infrastructure upgrades, and security enhancements.
They will collaborate with security teams, develop monitoring solutions, and participate in on-call rotations and scheduled maintenance.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience, familiarity with tools like Terraform, Ansible, Git workflows, BGP, EVPN, and network monitoring technologies.
