Essential, key job responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
· Design, deployment, configuration, troubleshooting and migration of Juniper Networks solutions, including knowledge of JunOS, Juniper Mist deployment methodologies, and advanced to expert knowledge of Juniper Route/Switch and Wireless Solutions.
· Responsible for work assignments from Project Managers and/or technical leaders
· Work with and develop expertise in many enterprise data infrastructure products from one or more of the following vendors: Juniper, Aruba, Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki, Fortinet
· Consistent, accurate and timely tracking of client work, service calls, and related documentation including daily timesheets.
· Meeting the billable/chargeable targets set by the company. Billable and chargeable time should consist of assessments, planning, design, configuration, installation, and support of the solutions offered by the practice.
· Attending seminars as requested by the Professional Services Management Team.
· Travel: To Customer sites as needed. Access to a vehicle is required.
· Interact with clients to resolve any issues before, during, or after service engagements.
· After hours/weekend trouble escalations and scheduled work when needed.
· Provide continued input to management regarding new ideas and concepts to improve overall quality of service to our clients and partners.
· Acquire technical certifications per training plan.
· Support presales with solution scoping
· Offering development, validating new solutions and creating technical runbooks
· Mentoring junior technical resources
· Other responsibilities as assigned.
