Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network & Security Engineer with 8 10 years of experience in enterprise networking, security operations, monitoring, and infrastructure support. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Cisco routing and switching technologies, multi-vendor firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and network monitoring tools.

This role requires hands-on troubleshooting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure high availability and SLA compliance across network and security environments.

Required Experience

  • 8 10 years of enterprise Network & Security Engineering experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and operational support background
  • CCNP or equivalent certification preferred (CCIE is a plus)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot complex network and security issues across LAN/WAN environments
  • Configure and support routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers
  • Coordinate with design, implementation, and operations teams for issue resolution
  • Lead P1/P2 incident bridge calls and provide escalation support
  • Ensure SLA adherence and proactive issue management
  • Perform network monitoring and operational maintenance activities
  • Maintain network documentation, standards, and operational procedures
  • Support inventory management of hardware, software, and licenses
  • Evaluate current network technologies and recommend improvements
  • Provide technical guidance to operations and support teams
  • Participate in on-call support as required
