Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting enterprise grade routers and switches in large data center environments.
Expert-level knowledge of BGP and OSPF, including traffic engineering, route optimization, and failover design.
Strong expertise in TCP/IP troubleshooting and packet analysis.
Hands-on experience configuring and supporting:
BGP, OSPF, and STP on Cisco NX-OS and IOS-XE platforms
Cisco Nexus (9K, 7K) and Catalyst switches and routers
Proven experience designing, planning, testing, implementing, and troubleshooting large-scale data center networks.
Experience with network management and monitoring tools, such as SolarWinds and Cisco Catalyst Center.
Experience with cloud networking and hybrid network architectures.
Candidates should be able to clearly articulate and provide examples of:
Designing and implementing BGP and/or OSPF routing architectures
Troubleshooting complex routing issues in production environments
Supporting or leading data center network deployments or migrations
Real-world scenarios involving failover, convergence, and traffic optimization
