Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our team supporting a US-based insurance client. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex enterprise network infrastructures. This role demands deep expertise in Cisco networking, dynamic routing, network security, and advanced troubleshooting across a variety of platforms including Palo Alto, Aruba, VeloCloud, and F5..

Key Responsibilities:
•Design and implement complex network architectures to meet business needs.
•Configure, manage, and troubleshoot networking devices: Cisco (Nexus & Catalyst), Palo Alto, Aruba, VeloCloud, and F5.
•Implement and manage dynamic routing protocols (BGP, HSRP, RSTP).
•Configure QoS policies to ensure optimal performance for critical applications.
•Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues using tools like SolarWinds and DataDog.
•Collaborate with security teams to enforce network security and compliance.
•Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and changes.
•Monitor traffic and logs to detect and respond to security threats.
•Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi issues and participate in P1/P2 incident resolution.

Required Technical Skills:
•Cisco Networking: Nexus (9k/3k/2k), Catalyst, VPC/VDC/HSRP
•Routing & Switching: BGP, HSRP, RSTP, QoS
•Security & Access Control: Palo Alto (PAN), GlobalProtect, Aruba ClearPass
•Wireless & SD-WAN: Aruba Wireless, VeloCloud
•Load Balancing: F5 Load Balancer
•Monitoring Tools: SolarWinds, DataDog
•Network Segmentation & Security Protocols

Desired Competencies:
Must-Have:
•Strong hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, VeloCloud, and F5.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Customer-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
•Ability to prioritize and manage workload under pressure.
Good-to-Have:
•Experience with SolarWinds.
•Knowledge of Python or network automation tools.
