24 month contract opportunity for W2 or Self Inc consultants (No C2C / No Corp to Corp)

***This role is onsite 4 days per week***

***An onsite interview is required***

***Must be local to the Jersey City, NJ area***

Responsibilities
  • Operate and support network security infrastructure, including firewalls, web proxies, VPN gateways, and load balancers
  • Lead and deliver network security projects
  • Provide on call support
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Network Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in network and network security engineering, including daily operational support and project delivery
  • Experience support network security in an enterprise environment within the financial service industry
  • IT service management certifications (e.g., ITIL)
Nice to have certification:
CCNP or CCIE (Security or Enterprise)
Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point certifications
CISSP or equivalent security certification
