As a Senior Network Specialist - Advanced Technical Support, you will be responsible for completing large, complex network design, engineering, configuration, and operational tasks and projects on TDS's combined voice/video/data network infrastructure. You will provide subject matter expertise in multiple network technologies and will integrate multiple, diverse technologies. The Senior Network Specialist will proactively drive improvements to processes and standards across Technology and Service Delivery. You will have significant interaction with vendors, will assist in escalations, and will mentor other team members. This position will successfully lead large project teams and will assist management in analyzing the business impacts of technology decisions, often presenting results to senior management. This position will perform these duties in the following Network Services functional area: Advanced Technical Support This position has the ability to work remotely in any of the 40+ States in which TDS Telecom operates. This position can be hired at a Network Specialist II - Advanced Technical Support (2025-27869) or Senior Network Specialist - Advanced Technical Support (2025-27872) level depending on the skills and qualifications of the candidate.
