Senior NOC Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, engineering, computer science or related discipline and/or equivalent experience.

• 3-5 yrs. with customer interface experience in Information and Communications Technology.

Flexible to work at different times of the day and night including weekends/holidays (shifts).

• Skilled to work under stress.

• Fluency in English and Spanish.

• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.

• Demonstrated strengths in rapidly diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving telecom issues.

• Sound knowledge in Network Monitoring Tools.

• Deep understanding in troubleshooting: Transport L2, 4G Wireless, Security, IPv4 & IPv6, Core Technologies, SD-WAN.

• Sound knowledge in Cloud Technologies and Meraki SD-WAN

• Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist (CMSS), Cisco CCNA, CCDA, or Juniper Jun OS Certified.

• Microsoft Office Suite solid experience.

• Fluent in ServiceNow understanding and usage.

• 3-5 yrs. customer service or helpdesk experience.

• Broadband / IPL / DIA / 4G Wireless
