Job Description
- Lead manufacturing process development, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support new product launches from concept through production ramp-up.
- Drive DFM/DFA reviews, process validation, risk assessments, and manufacturing readiness activities.
- Develop and improve tooling, fixturing, automation, and production methods.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput.
- Support capital equipment projects, process scaling, and operational growth initiatives.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to manufacturing engineering team members

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 7+ years' experience in an Engineering role, focused on New Product Development is required
- A background in precision machining - knowledge of CNC milling. turning. grinding, and/or EDM is required
- Proficiency implementing GD&T into production.
- Prior experience performing FMEA.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CAD software and other engineering tools
