Join our team as a Senior Nuclear Medicine Technologist and play a vital role in delivering accurate high-quality diagnostic imaging that supports exceptional patient care. In this advanced role, you will operate nuclear medicine equipment with expert proficiency, ensuring safe, precise, and efficient examinations. Primary duties include:

• Conduct patient interviews, communicating clearly and compassionately with patients of all ages to explain procedures, provide reassurance, and promote a positive experience. • Prepare, perform quality control, calibrate, and administer radiopharmaceutical compounds. • Handle, prepare, witness, and administer adjunctive medications under direct physician supervision. • Perform patient imaging and therapeutic procedures, including computer processing and image enhancement.

Salary Range $63.22/hour - $83.39/hour

Job Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). • Valid California Nuclear Medicine Technology license issued by the Department of Health Services, Radiologic Health Branch. As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts a conditional offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct, received notice of any allegations, or are currently the subject of any administrative or disciplinary proceedings involving misconduct, have left a position after receiving notice of allegations or while under investigation in an administrative or disciplinary proceeding involving misconduct, or have filed an appeal of a finding of misconduct with a previous employer.
