Description:
• An experienced Senior Nurse Manager is needed to provide leadership in a dynamic, community-based healthcare setting.
• This full-time role requires a blend of administrative and clinical expertise across multiple clinic locations in Brooklyn, NY.
• The position offers a hybrid work environment with one remote day per week.
Requirements:
• BSN degree required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 3–5 years of supervisory or nursing management experience
• Strong clinical nursing background
• Proven ability to lead and develop nursing teams
• Experience in a complex healthcare environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
