Job Summary (List Format) Senior Observability Engineer

- Location: Hybrid (Dallas, TX; 3 days onsite per week)
- Contract Duration: 6-12 months

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Grafana in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Lead or support migration from observability/monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, or OpenText OBM.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, and distributed tracing solutions.
- Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform.
- Work with OpenTelemetry for instrumentation and telemetry pipeline management.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years' experience in observability, monitoring, operations, or platform engineering.
- Proven hands-on experience with Grafana administration.
- Strong experience with Terraform and IaC.
- Experience migrating and integrating various observability and monitoring platforms.
- Solid understanding and experience with OpenTelemetry concepts and pipelines.
