Senior Occupational Therapist - Rehab Therapies

Encompass Health seeks a Senior Occupational Therapist to provide advanced, evidence-based rehabilitation for patients recovering from major illness and injury in an inpatient rehab setting. In this role, you will complete comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and focus on improving functional independence in ADLs, cognition, and mobility. You will mentor junior therapists, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and participate in quality initiatives.
