Senior On-Site Service Specialist (Arden Hills, MN)

Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Senior On-Site Service Specialist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Arden , Hills, MN.

Job Title: Senior On-Site Service Specialist
Work Location: Arden Hills, MN
Duration: 2-3 month contract with option to extend
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Provides consistent and high quality standard of cleanliness and organization of breakrooms, coffee machines and equipment and water dispensers.
• Office maintenance, including, but not limited to: light wiping/dusting, ordering and restocking office supplies within department.
• Provides consistent and high quality standard of food and beverage set up/service to clients, ensuring smooth delivery of conference and function services.
• Sets up and breaks down conference rooms according to event orders as well as maintains cleanliness standards for kitchens, equipment and meeting rooms.
• Other duties as needed.

Skills & Qualifications :

• 1 –2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good PC skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize 
• Dress Code: Closed toe, closed heel shoes, Tennis shoes encourage. Business casual, long pants required, jeans okay clothing should be free from holes and not include inappropriate phrases or logos.
