Senior On-Site Service Specialist (Fort Mill, SC)

Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Fort Mill, SC.

Job Title: Senior On-Site Service Specialist
Work Location: Fort Mill, SC
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Daily duties include opening and date stamping all incoming mail, Sorting mail by department, that includes FedEx, UPS, USPS and Amazon.
• Upon processing the mail, deliver Mail by department and prep mail for scanning.
• Meter all outgoing mail by department and assist with the scanning of incoming mail.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Mail/scanning background preferred but open to someone with strong customer service background.
• Moderate lifting and walking.
• Lifting will be less than 50 Ibs. and assistance will be available when needed.
• Driving: No
• Dress Code: Business casual which includes the wearing of Jeans and sneakers but No Graphic Tee Shirts or torn Jeans.
• Free parking is available.
