Senior OnBase Developer

• Design, develop, and support enterprise content management and workflow solutions using the OnBase platform.
• Configure and customize OnBase modules, workflows, document management processes, and integrations to meet business requirements.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support application functionality and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, and database-related issues while ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Perform system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities across development, test, and production environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and support procedures.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards across OnBase implementations.
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high-quality solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users and technical teams regarding OnBase functionality and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on development and administration experience with the OnBase platform.
• Strong SQL skills, including query development, performance tuning, stored procedures, and database troubleshooting.
• Experience implementing and supporting enterprise content management, document management, and workflow automation solutions.
• Knowledge of system integration concepts, APIs, and data exchange processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.
• Experience working in collaborative Agile or structured software development environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating OnBase with ERP, CRM, HR, or other enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and database administration concepts.
• Knowledge of workflow automation, business process optimization, and document lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting cloud, hybrid, or enterprise-scale environments.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and records management best practices.
