The Opportunity with McKinstry
The Senior Operations Analyst - Strategic Procurement will develop and implement a centralized, enterprise-wide approach to management of the Group Purchase Procurement Options (GPO) and Master Service Agreement (MSA) programs and administer other procurement platforms. The Senior Operations Analyst - Strategic Procurement will be responsible for ongoing management and growth of the programs and coordination with business development to position them as robust sales tools.
What You'll Own
Assume the administration of multiple Group Purchase Option platforms for our growing Energy & Technical Services, Service, and Construction teams.
Development and management of central information hub.
Education of sales/business development and project teams on positioning and use of GPO.
Coordination with operations teams on appropriately billing and managing payments to GPOs.
Relationship management with GPO organizations.
Tracking contract renewals and amendments.
Responding to internal questions/problems, etc.
Develop and administer a Master Service Agreement (MSA) management program.
Development and management of central MSA catalog/database.
Coordination with Sales Operations and Enablement & Standardization Teams to develop best practices for management and use of MSAs.
Coordination and communication with business units.
Responding to internal questions/problems, etc.
Assume administration of the OpenGov platform.
Manage administration of the platform.
Act as key POC for OpenGov relationship management.
Respond to request for access/posting, etc.
Other duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $72,090 - $119,300 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
