The Opportunity with McKinstry

The Senior Operations Analyst - Strategic Procurement will develop and implement a centralized, enterprise-wide approach to management of the Group Purchase Procurement Options (GPO) and Master Service Agreement (MSA) programs and administer other procurement platforms. The Senior Operations Analyst - Strategic Procurement will be responsible for ongoing management and growth of the programs and coordination with business development to position them as robust sales tools.

What You'll Own

• Assume the administration of multiple Group Purchase Option platforms for our growing Energy & Technical Services, Service, and Construction teams.

• Development and management of central information hub.

• Education of sales/business development and project teams on positioning and use of GPO.

• Coordination with operations teams on appropriately billing and managing payments to GPOs.

• Relationship management with GPO organizations.

• Tracking contract renewals and amendments.

• Responding to internal questions/problems, etc.

• Develop and administer a Master Service Agreement (MSA) management program.

• Development and management of central MSA catalog/database.

• Coordination with Sales Operations and Enablement & Standardization Teams to develop best practices for management and use of MSAs.

• Coordination and communication with business units.

• Responding to internal questions/problems, etc.

• Assume administration of the OpenGov platform.

• Manage administration of the platform.

• Act as key POC for OpenGov relationship management.

• Respond to request for access/posting, etc.

• Other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required (a degree in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or other related field preferred).
• Three (3) to four (4) years' experience in architecture, engineering, construction or other professional services industry required.
• Proven leadership abilities and program/project management experience required.
• Advanced business writing and editing skills required.
• Demonstrable knowledge of finance and economics principles, with proven ability to analyze business performance from a cost, revenue, and margin perspective required.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel functions and data analysis preferred.
• Experience providing business support in a large organization or multi-office environment strongly preferred.

The pay range for this position is $72,090 - $119,300 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
