The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Operations & Maintenance Specialist / Senior with an active Secret Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance planning initiatives.
Develop preventive maintenance programs.
Evaluate facility performance and operational readiness.
Support asset lifecycle planning.
Advise DHS leadership on O&M best practices.
Support O&M transition planning and implementation.
Required Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Building Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of operations and maintenance experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Facility Manager (CFM).
Federal campus operations experience.
