    The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Operations & Maintenance Specialist / Senior with an active Secret Clearance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead maintenance planning initiatives.
    • Develop preventive maintenance programs.
    • Evaluate facility performance and operational readiness.
    • Support asset lifecycle planning.
    • Advise DHS leadership on O&M best practices.
    • Support O&M transition planning and implementation.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Active Secret Clearance.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Building Sciences, or related field.
    • Minimum 10 years of operations and maintenance experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certified Facility Manager (CFM).
    • Federal campus operations experience.
