Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Branch Operations
- Develop and execute operational strategies specific to the New York branch, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Project Management
- Oversee project execution from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Budget and Financial Management
- Develop and manage the branches operational budget, promoting cost-effective solutions and accountability.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the civil engineering or construction sector.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing large teams and complex projects.
- Demonstrated success in process optimization, cost management, and performance improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to engage and influence at all levels.
