What You'll Do:

  • Leadership & Culture: Build and lead a high-performing team of Operations Managers and Supervisors, fostering a strong culture of safety, employee engagement, and collaboration.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily fulfillment center operations, monitoring end-to-end metrics to exceed business plans for safety, quality, throughput, and customer experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive quality, process change, and Lean initiatives to streamline operations and deliver year-over-year performance improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with network management, transportation, S&OP, engineering, and inventory planning to coordinate complex, large-scale projects.
  • Strategy & Innovation: Support operational strategy to hit revenue and profitability goals, contributing to the development of new tools, technologies, and workflows.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate performance trends, strategic insights, and operational improvements to senior leadership and the broader organization.


What You'll Need:

  • Experience: 5+ years in e-commerce, supply chain, operations, or logistics leadership.
  • Process Expertise: Proven background in workflow optimization, throughput analysis, and defect reduction (Lean or Six Sigma experience is highly valued).
  • People Leadership: Track record as a people-centric leader who can motivate teams, delegate effectively, and drive results in a rapid-growth environment.
  • Analytical Skill: Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex metrics and implement actionable solutions.
  • Project Management: Entrepreneurial self-starter capable of managing multiple competing priorities with high organization and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
