    Senior Operations Manager - U.S. Clinical Distribution & Logistics Full-time · On -site · Minneapolis, Minnesota , U.S. About us: At TRiCares, we are dedicated to developing innovative, minimally invasive solutions for patients with failing tricuspid valves. We are a growing MedTech company based in Munich, Germany, and Minneapolis, MN, working to improve patient care through innovat ive cardiovascular technology. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast -growing medical device company and contribute within a passionate, international team. We are seeking a hands -on Senior Operations Manager to establish and lead our U.S. clinical distribution center supporting a multicenter medical device study. The role focuses on building scalable logistics, warehouse, inventory, and distribution processes while ensuring quality, compliance, and reliable product supply to clinical sites. The ideal candidate has experience in regulated logistics or medical devices, enjoys building operations from the ground up, and combines a strong quality mindset with operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Distribution Center Setup & Operations • Establish and manage the U.S. distribution center to support nationwide clinical study activities. • Develop and implement scalable warehouse, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes. • Define operational workflows, work instructions, and performance metrics. Clinical Logistics & Site Support • Coordinate product shipments to clinical sites across the United States. • Ensure accurate, on -time, and compliant fulfillment of study -related orders. Inventory & Supply Chain Management • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure full product traceability. • Oversee receiving, storage, cycle counting, stock rotation, and inventory reconciliation activities. • Collaborate with international Operation and supply chain teams to ensure product availability. Quality & Compliance • Ensure all distribution activities comply with FDA regulations, ISO 13485 requirements, and applicable Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards. Process Improvement & Scale -Up • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on fulfillment accuracy, inventory control, cost efficiency, and service levels. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in logistics, distribution center operations, supply chain, or warehouse management. • Experience establishing or scaling operational processes in a regulated industry. • Strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation logistics. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced startup environment.
