Job Summary and Qualifications

Are you energized by solving complex operational challenges, driving strategic initiatives, and partnering directly with executive leaders to make a measurable impact? As a Senior Operations Program Coordinator, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, helping transform strategic priorities into actionable plans that improve performance across a growing healthcare organization.

 In this role you will:

  • Partner directly with executive leadership to drive execution of operational initiatives that support business growth and performance.
  • Own end-to-end projectmanagementfrom planning through implementation, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables remain on track.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans and monitor progress against key goals.
  • Develop executive-level reports, collateral, and presentations that provide meaningful insights and support data-driven decision making.
  • Facilitate leadership meetings by preparing content, tracking action items, and identifying opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational challenges, remove barriers, and drive successful outcomes.
  • Support the opening and integration of new clinic locations by coordinating operational readiness activities and implementation plans.
  • Analyze trends, performance metrics, and project outcomes to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Serve as a trusted extension of leadership, representing priorities and ensuring execution across the organization

You Should Have:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is required.
  • Five or more years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, program management, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders and managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Experience leading projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving results in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
