Job Summary
The Senior Operations Specialist works independently and autonomously to identify, lead, drive and manage work that supports the strategies, initiatives, and goals of the organization. Responsible for the development, implementation and support of programs and projects that ensure operational efficiency, enhanced safety, increased productivity, reduced cost, and continuous improvement. Drives projects throughout the organization, including both clinical and non-clinical areas, to accomplish measurable improvement, with work assignments typically more complex and involving multi-disciplinary teams. Manages the day-to-day operational needs as well as the strategic goals of the business and may act as interim leadership as needed.
