About the Role
A growing commercial-stage biopharmaceutical organization is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion SCM & Manufacturing Consultant to support a high-visibility supply chain and manufacturing technology roadmap. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, offshore resources, and delivery partners to improve processes, support product launch activity, strengthen governance, and guide Oracle Fusion solution delivery.
This is not a support-only or order-taking position. The right person will lead business conversations, clarify ambiguous requests, recommend practical solutions, and drive work from discovery through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption. The role is well suited for a senior functional leader who can combine Oracle Fusion depth with executive presence, strong delivery ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset.
What You ll Tackle
Lead Oracle Fusion SCM and Manufacturing solution work across inventory, manufacturing, product master, quality, costing, and order management
Partner with supply chain, manufacturing, quality, operations, finance, and IT stakeholders to define scalable process improvements
Support roadmap execution for a broader Oracle modernization effort, including user experience transition work and automation opportunities
Facilitate design sessions, requirements workshops, CRPs, testing cycles, and release planning discussions
Translate business pain points into structured solution options, implementation plans, and delivery priorities
Guide internal, vendor, and offshore teams through development, testing, change control, and deployment
Help reduce enhancement backlog through better prioritization, governance, and release discipline
Support master data governance, reporting enablement, metadata movement, and business analytics initiatives
Contribute to product launch readiness and supply chain/manufacturing process scalability
What You Bring
15+ years of Oracle Applications experience, with deep Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Manufacturing expertise
Functional Lead experience on full-lifecycle SCM and Manufacturing deployments
Strong understanding of Inventory Management, Manufacturing/Work Execution, Product Information Management, Cost Accounting, Receipt Accounting, Order Management, Supply Chain Financial Orchestration, and Quality Management
Experience with Order to Cash, Build to Stock, Discrete Manufacturing, BOM, item structures, master data, inventory, supply planning, and subledger accounting
Ability to lead business discussions independently and drive decisions without daily direction
Experience managing vendor, partner, or offshore deliverables
Strong SDLC, testing, UAT, documentation, change control, and release governance background
Ability to identify risks early and bring forward recommended mitigation options
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-facing documentation and presentations
Experience in regulated or quality-controlled environments
Nice to Have
Pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device, or similarly regulated industry experience
Product launch support experience
Redwood UI transition experience
AI Agent Studio exposure
PL/SQL, OIC, APEX, FBDI, OBIEE, or related integration/reporting experience
