Responsibilities
OGL SME — act as subject matter expert across Oracle Cloud programs.
Strategy & Governance — advise on adoption frameworks, governance standards, and best practices.
Stakeholder engagement — collaborate with business leaders, consultants, and change management teams.
Solution design — review architecture, validate implementation approaches.
User adoption — support onboarding, in‑application help, learning journeys, and UAT planning.
Mentorship — guide teams on OGL capabilities and best practices.
Required Skills
8+ years in the Oracle ecosystem.
Strong expertise in Oracle Guided Learning (OGL).
Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM.
Knowledge of digital adoption platforms and change management.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to provide architectural guidance and review solution designs.
