Job Title: Senior Oracle OpenLink Developer Client: Deloitte Employment Type: Contract Location: Remote USA (Travel required as per client needs Expenses Paid) Experience Level: 15+ Years Work Authorization: H1-B / USC / GC Pay Rate: DOE (Depends on Experience) Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Oracle OpenLink Developer to join our team for a contract opportunity with Deloitte. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle OpenLink within the Oracle Health Millennium ecosystem and will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining healthcare integration interfaces. This is a senior-level role requiring both hands-on development and team mentorship capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Integration Development & Engineering • Design, build, test, and deploy interfaces using Oracle OpenLink • Work closely with Oracle Health Millennium / Open Engine systems for data integration • Develop inbound and outbound interfaces across healthcare systems • Configure and manage data exchange workflows • Data Integration & Interoperability • Read and interpret data from Millennium/Open Engine systems • Implement and support HL7 messaging standards • Ensure seamless integration with third-party healthcare applications • Handle real-time and batch data processing • System Design & Troubleshooting • Lead interface design and architecture discussions • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues • Monitor interface performance and optimize workflows • Leadership & Mentorship • Provide hands-on guidance to junior developers and team members • Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions on Oracle OpenLink • Drive best practices in integration and development standards • Stakeholder Collaboration • Work with multiple vendors, client teams, and business stakeholders • Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions effectively Required Skills & Qualifications • 15+ years of IT experience with strong focus on healthcare integrations • Hands-on expertise in Oracle OpenLink development • Experience with Oracle Health Millennium / Open Engine ecosystem • Strong knowledge of HL7, EHR systems, and healthcare data workflows • Experience building inbound and outbound interfaces • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills • Proven experience in mentoring and leading technical teams Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience working with Deloitte or similar enterprise clients • Exposure to large-scale healthcare integration projects • Familiarity with compliance standards in healthcare data Soft Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking • Abilit y to work in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment Additional Information • Travel required across the USA based on client needs • This is a highly hands-on role, requiring both development and leadership capabilities Thanks & Regards Yashwanth Sai US IT Recruiter T (U.S.A): +1- 346 358 3386 E: yashwanth.p@candid8.us A: 12337 Jones Rd, Suite 200-25, Houston, TEXAS -77070 www.candid8.us
