    Job Summary

    The Senior Oracle Reporting Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs and developing technology-driven solutions to enhance healthcare systems. This position leads the investigation and resolution of complex IT issues, ensuring system optimization, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This role will lead the architecture, development, and optimization of data models within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem to drive operational excellence and clinical performance improvements. The Senior Oracle Reporting Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to define system requirements, manage data analytics, and support the implementation of IT solutions that drive business and clinical performance improvements.

    Essential Functions

    • Design, build, and maintain sophisticated data models and ETL processes to support high-level reporting and downstream analytics.
    • Drives the development of scalable integration solutions between Oracle Fusion Cloud and cross-functional data platforms.
    • Leads the investigation, analysis, and resolution of complex IT issues to enhance system performance, efficiency, and reliability.
    • Analyzes business needs, identifies gaps, and develops technology-based solutions to support organizational objectives.
    • Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, security standards, and industry best practices in all IT implementations.
    • Collaborates with key stakeholders to gather, document, and define system requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications.
    • Develops and maintains detailed documentation for system processes, workflows, and solution architecture.
    • Supports end-users by providing training, guidance, and troubleshooting assistance for new and existing IT solutions.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    • Complies with all policies and standards.

    Qualifications

    Education

    • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
    • Preferred: Master's Degree in Data Science or Business Analytics.

    Required Technical Experience

    • Oracle Expertise: 2-4 years of hands-on experience within Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, HCM) or Oracle Health (EHR).
    • Data Analytics: 4+ years of advanced experience in SQL and ETL processes, with a proven track record of managing enterprise-level databases.
    • Systems Analysis: 2-4 years of experience in business process modeling and systems analysis.
    • Project Leadership: 2-4 years of experience leading complex IT implementation projects.

    Industry Preferences

    • Direct experience in a healthcare environment is highly preferred.
    • Familiarity with Supply Chain Management (SCM) workflows is preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (i.e. Oracle Health, EHR, ERP, SCM, and HCM) and enterprise database management.
    • Advanced experience with SQL, ETL processes, and data transformation techniques.
    • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and related data analytics applications and other business intelligence tools.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess system performance and drive process improvements.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Experience working in databases, spreadsheets, and analytics tools to extract insights and improve decision-making.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail in documentation and solution development.
