Roles & Responsibilities
  • " Understand and apply customer enterprise change methodology and framework(s) to the change efforts being implemented, with the aim of upholding a positive stakeholder experience.
  • " Create change strategy and develop change management plans tailored to meet business/program/project objectives, monitor progress against plan, triage issues which may arise, and coach leaders through overcoming barriers and mitigating risks.
  • " Engage all impacted stakeholders through appropriate activities, including those who can most influence the successful outcome of the adoption of change.
  • " Lead, manage and/or contribute to change management workstreams within initiatives, providing clear guidance during times of ambiguity.
