Position Summary:

Odyssey is seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented Senior Organizational Operations Specialist to support an Air Force acquisition mission on the EB contract at Eglin AFB, Florida. This role provides high‑level administrative and operational coordination to division leadership.

Responsibilities:

Main duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • Contract file scanning and digitization
  • File structuring and network drive upload
  • Shredding/Destruction of records
  • Delivery logistics and coordination

Secondary duties could evolve to:

  • Research and prepare written communications for leadership.
  • Track taskers, issues, suspenses, and program initiatives.
  • Support program events and draft documents for senior approval.
  • Manage EPBs/OPBs in accordance with AF policy.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare background materials, and maintain documentation.
  • Maintain video/online conference scheduling and setup.
  • Maintain rosters, org charts, directories, and personnel documents.
  • Assist with inspections, awards processing, and policy dissemination.
  • Provide workflow, process improvement, and manpower support.
  • Perform timekeeper duties (e.g., ATAAPS).
Qualifications:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

 

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Must have a current Secret clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance

Education: Associates degree and 10 years relevant experience; OR Bachelors degree and 7 years relevant experience; OR Masters degree and 5 years relevant experience

 

Preferred Qualifications

Clearance: Current Top Secret

Education: Bachelors degree and 10 years relevant experience

 

Technical Skills

 

• File structuring and digital organization
• Network drive navigation and file uploading
• Records management and compliance with government standards
• Handling and preparing physical records for destruction

 

Interpersonal Skills
