Habitat Care is a new and exciting venture for Procter & Gamble, focused on delivering categories and brands that expand our traditional market presence and create new revenue streams. This role offers a unique opportunity to build foundational capabilities in packaging delivery, directly impacting cost savings and business continuity for a rapidly growing portfolio.

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Packaging Delivery Leader, you will play a critical role in the entire lifecycle of our Habitat Care packaging, from material validation and technical specification to continuous improvement and supplier qualification. You will leverage your deep expertise to ensure the quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of our packaging solutions, driving both innovation and efficiency. This is a delivery-focused role with significant connection to R&D, Design, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Line Optimization: Develop technical expertise and insights to support continuous improvement in production, focusing on enhancing quality, reliability, and overall efficiency.

  • Pack-out Configuration & Efficiency: Test and develop new product and/or pack-out configurations to improve First Moment of Truth (FMOT), elevate quality, and optimize cost structure through automation-friendly designs, higher speed operations, better/cheaper materials, and improved shipping efficiency.

  • Process Improvement & Integration: Develop and integrate process improvements to enhance packaging quality, reliability, and cost structure throughout the supply chain.

  • Supplier & Material Management: Investigate and resolve material-related issues with suppliers. Lead the qualification of new suppliers and materials for both Cost Savings and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) projects.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key interface between Manufacturing and Pack Development, initiative teams, purchasing, and commercial groups, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

  • Work Process Simplification: Identify, gain alignment on, and implement work process simplifications across MPD (Material Product & Delivery) activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • "Flow to Work": Be agile and adaptable, contributing to MPD projects in other areas as needed, demonstrating a strong team player mentality.

  • Structured Data Management: Utilize and manage structured data for packaging specifications, ensuring accurate linkages between components used across multiple products. Experience with Enovia software is a plus.
