Job Summary:

This role is for a hands-on engineer to provide technical support for highly automated packaging equipment within a commercial GMP environment. The engineer will be responsible for equipment characterization, commissioning, qualification, and validation, as well as authoring and managing all associated technical documentation. Flexibility for rotating shifts and potential international travel is a key requirement.

Requirements:

• Provide direct technical support for automated packaging equipment.

• Lead commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.

• Author and manage GMP technical documentation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment performance issues.

• Implement process improvements for efficiency and reliability.

• Hands-on experience with automated GMP packaging equipment.

• Proven ability to author and own technical documentation and validation protocols.

• Flexibility for 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
  
  Experience with GMP regulations and packaging operations in any regulated industry, is required. Experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry is plus but not a required.
