What You'll Be Doing

Your days will be a mix of hunting and building. You'll prospect, open doors, and turn conversations into long-term client partnerships across high-demand packaging markets like food, pet food, and cannabis.


You'll work closely with business owners, purchasing teams, and operational decision-makers. One moment you're building pipeline. The next, you're coordinating with leadership, operations, and production to make sure clients get what they need quickly and efficiently.


This role matters because growth is happening now. You'll have the room to own your accounts, grow revenue, improve how things are done, and see your impact directly in the company's expansion.

What You'll Earn

You'll earn a base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 + plus commission. This is a performance-driven role where strong earning potential is tied directly to results and account growth, with realistic six-figure income for strong performers. Our senior reps are taking home $150,000+ a year.

Who We're Looking For

You'll likely thrive here if you're a self-motivated sales pro who likes building pipeline, closing business, and growing accounts for the long haul. You know how to win trust, stay organized, and follow through without needing someone to chase you.

  • 5–8 years of B2B, industrial, manufacturing, packaging, or consultative sales experience preferred
  • A proven record of generating revenue and managing long-term client relationships
  • A hunter mentality with the ability to prospect and close independently
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving company where processes are still evolving
  • Strong communication with business owners, purchasing teams, and operational decision-makers
  • Leadership maturity and the ability to support or mentor others when needed
  • Experience in packaging, manufacturing, industrial, printing, logistics, or related industries is strongly preferred
  • Comfort balancing strategic account management with new business development
  • This is not for someone who needs heavy structure, lots of oversight, or a highly corporate environment
