This role is responsible for analyzing and proving the incremental value of paid social media investments. You will lead the measurement and optimization of mid-funnel campaigns, partnering with various teams to drive campaign performance. The position requires a strong analytical background to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decisions for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quantify incremental impact of campaigns on key business metrics.
- Design and analyze geo-randomized tests for mid-funnel effectiveness.
- Own and report on mid-funnel performance and creative effectiveness.
- Identify insights on audience, creative, and budget to optimize spend.
- Develop test-and-learn plans to answer strategic marketing questions.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experimentation and causal inference skills.
- Measurement fluency across multiple channels.
- Ability to drive action with analytical insights.
Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in online advertising and marketing analytics, particularly within a consumer-facing platform or e-commerce environment, is highly preferred.
