Job Summary
We are looking for individuals to join our client’s team as Senior Paralegal. You will provide comprehensive litigation support, including case management, investigations, discovery, legal document preparation, and legal hold administration.
Job Description
- Litigation Matter Administration: Oversee end-to-end case management, including deadline tracking, status reporting, outside counsel budgeting/billing, and the creation of streamlined legal processes.
- Investigation & Case Assessment: Support investigations by identifying, collecting, and reviewing evidentiary data, conducting witness interviews, and building comprehensive case timelines and summaries.
- Legal Hold Management: Own the generation, administration, and compliance of litigation evidence hold procedures and related document management.
- Document Production & Redaction: Prepare complex sets of documents for review and production, ensuring meticulous quality control, confidentiality reviews, and necessary redactions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Draft polished correspondence and reports for internal leadership, outside counsel, and key external stakeholders.
- Confidentiality Safeguarding: Handle highly sensitive, confidential company information with the utmost discretion (NDA required).
- Dynamic Team Support: Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on special projects and other strategic duties as assigned by management
Skills Required
- 4+ years of experience as a paralegal or comparable legal professional, specifically working with litigation matters.
- Experience with civil litigation is required. Candidates should also have experience in one or more of the following areas: employment law, contracts and business disputes, personal injury, construction litigation, and discovery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent issue-spotting and investigative abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in legal technology, document management systems, and record-keeping platforms.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate
- $38–$45 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
