This role is designed for an experienced paralegal who remains committed to client representation and is ready to take their career to the next level by becoming part of our leadership. The role will entail managing and supporting a talented and experienced team of paralegals, many of whom have dedicated significant years to our Firm. The ideal candidate will spend about 50% of their time on case work, and the remaining 50% on management, including training paralegals, improving efficiencies and internal processes, and promoting collaboration and improved communication across the legal team. We are looking for a change‑maker, a collaborative team‑player, and a self‑starter who aligns with our mission and vision, and allows our law firm to continue to shine!Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Supervise, mentor, and support paralegalsManage caseloadsLead onboarding, training, and performance feedbackCasework Manage complex immigration cases under supervision of attorneysDraft filings, legal documents, and client communicationsEnsure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all filingsOperations & Process Improvement Improve workflows and case management processesMonitor policy updates and maintain templatesSupport use and optimization of case management system, FilevineRequired Education, Skills and Experience 8+ years of immigration paralegal experience4+ years in a supervisory or leadership roleStrong knowledge of immigration law and proceduresExperience managing complex, high-volume caseloadsExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsExperience with legal research tools and case management systemsSpanish preferred but not required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
