Boutique law firm is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join their midtown Manhattan office.The ideal candidate will have:4+ years of New York plaintiff personal injury litigation experienceBilingual Spanish language skills, a plusKnowledge of New York State civil proceduresExcellent written and verbal communication skillsResponsibilities:Serve as the firm's lead New York litigation paralegal, overseeing case management and distributing workflow to junior paralegal teamDraft litigation documents including discovery demands and responses, Bills of Particulars, motions, etc.eFile documents in New York State and Federal CourtsManage the Court calendar, tracking all deadlines and appearancesLight office management responsibilities including vendor account management and ordering suppliesAssist with additional tasks, as neededAdditional information:Salary: $65K – $95K commensurate with experience plus annual discretionary bonusBenefits: Healthcare, profit sharing, and flexible PTOMonday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMNadine Bocelli & Company, Inc. – New York Legal Staffing, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
