Experience in discovery drafting and responding, meet and confer letters and motions to compel is required. The right candidate will have a desire to learn and an interest in law.ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a full‑time position with a competitive compensation package.RESPONSIBILITIESCommunicate effectively and promptly with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other legal professionalsTrial preparation, exhibits, trial bindersOrganizing case files and maintaining case listsDrafting pleadings, motions, judicial council forms and other standard legal documents including all discovery documentsResponding to discovery requests and managing as well as organizing all discovery materialsComply with established discovery processes and proceduresLiaison with outside counsel for discovery, trial and deposition preparationsDatabase researchKnowledge of legal procedures and substantive areas of law, particularly in the discovery process in civil litigationFiling pleadings with various courtsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in personal injury law preferred, with proven ability to assist in settling casesExperience in handling highly confidential mattersPrior experience in customer service, legal administration, or insurance claims strongly preferredExcellent written, verbal, research and problem‑solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MyCase and ability to quickly learn new legal or case management softwareProfessional demeanor, strong work ethic, and commitment to client serviceAbility to multitask and adhere to strict time deadlinesBachelor's degree and/or successful completion of an ABA approved program or paralegal certification preferred but not requiredHigh attention to detail and ability to handle confidential, time‑sensitive informationStrong organization, multitasking, and time management skillsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORA positive, optimistic team player with excellent interpersonal skillsSomeone adaptable and willing to assist wherever needed to move cases forwardSelf‑motivated, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced legal environmentA professional who represents the firm with integrity and compassionWHY JOIN OUR TEAMSupportive, team‑oriented environment with growth opportunitiesDirect involvement in helping clients navigate personal injury claims and achieve fair settlementsCompetitive pay and potential for professional development within a growing firmWork with a firm that values collaboration, respect, and a positive workplace cultureCOMPENSATION$30-$40 hourly (three to five years of experience).
