Job Description

Prepare and review real estate documents, including leases, purchase agreements, and closing documents. Coordinate due diligence processes, including title and survey reviews. Assist in drafting and filing legal documents related to real estate transactions. Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Communicate with clients, attorneys, and third parties to facilitate smooth transaction processes. Support attorneys in managing deadlines and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Conduct legal research and provide summaries to assist with case preparation. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders on various real estate matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Paralegal - Real Estate should have: 6+ years of Paralegal experience in Real Estate law. Strong understanding of real estate transactions, including leases and purchase agreements. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience with title and survey reviews, as well as due diligence processes. Excellent organizational and case management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Familiarity with legal research tools and techniques. Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team environment.
