About the Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to work across complex legal and operational matters while building upon a strong foundation in corporate paralegal work. The position is well suited for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, operating with a high level of discretion, and partnering cross-functionally within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Note: This is a 5x -week onsite role.

Responsibilities may Include:

  • Management of legal documentation, approvals, and systems for tracking obligations and corporate governance materials
  • Legal and operational support for real estate transactions, investments, due diligence efforts, and strategic initiatives
  • Corporate governance support, including preparation of meeting minutes, board and trustee consents, resolutions, and supporting materials
  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing agreements, contracts, and legal correspondence
  • Legal operations support, including process improvement initiatives, monitoring legal budgets and expenditures, and special projects as needed
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders across real estate, accounting/finance, human resources, and family office services, as well as external counsel, to facilitate workflow and execution

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal certificate required
  • 10+ years of paralegal experience, ideally combining both law firm and in-house corporate environments
  • Strong background in corporate governance, contract support, legal operations, document management, and project/workflow coordination
  • Experience supporting contracts, corporate entities, real estate transactions, investments, due diligence activities, or other complex legal matters
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and sound judgment, along with a process-oriented mindset focused on improving workflows and operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, DocuSign, and related technology tools; trusts & estates or family office exposure is a plus but not required

Why this opportunity stands out:

  • Highly visible role with the opportunity to work closely across all levels of the organization and gain exposure to complex, high-impact initiatives
  • Opportunity to contribute to sophisticated and forward-thinking projects across real estate, investments, governance, and operational initiatives
  • Strong employee retention and internal progression, with many team members building long-term careers within the organization
  • Collaborative, professional environment where cross-functional partnership and thoughtful execution are highly valued
  • Convenient Peninsula location with walkability to Caltrain and free onsite parking
  • Longstanding partnership with Propel Recruitment, providing us with strong insight into the organization, culture, and leadership team

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary and performance-based bonus opportunity
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Flexible time off and commuter benefits
  • Professional development support and long-term career growth potential
  • Collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong employee retention and stability
